Electrical Panel Builder
An Important electrical components that monitor and regulate a variety of mechanical processes are housed in an enclosure known an electrical control panel, which is commonly made of a metal box or plastic molding. It Includes..
- PCC
- PMCC
- MCC
- LDb
- APFC
- MLDB,etc..,
Description
1. Power Control Center (PCC)
The Power Control Center Panel, commonly referred to as the Main Power Panel, functions by combining circuits from many locations into a single central hub. This makes it possible to access all of an industry’s electrical connections from a single location. One primary power switch in a PCC panel manages the electricity for every circuit.
2. Power come Motor Control Centre panel (PMCC)
Combining the functions of the Power Control Center (PCC) and the Motor Control Center (MCC), the Power cum Motor Control Centre panel. These panels offer your plant’s power distribution and monitoring solution. For safe functioning and operator safety, necessary safety features and accessories are offered.
3. Motor Control Centre Panel (MCC)
Motor control center panels are referred to as MCC. A panel is typically referred to as a PCC or MCC depending on whether it is supplying or receiving high tension (HT) or low tension (LT) power.
4. Lighting Distribution Board (LDB Panel)
A free-standing enclosure, a bus bar system, MCCBs, metering and support equipment, and the necessary current transformers make up a Lighting Distribution Board (LDB Panel). Panels are put together systematically, with an incomer section and an outgoing section, for example.
5. Automatic Power Factor Control (APFC)
Electrical control panels used for this are known as APFC panels, or Automatic Power Factor Correction. These effective panels automatically control the reactive power (kVAR) needed by inductive loads to maintain the power factor of an electrical system.
6. Main Lighting Distribution Board(MLDB)
Panels for the Main Lighting Distribution Board (MLDB) are constructed from the highest quality copper and aluminum, which are obtained from reliable market suppliers. These are carefully planned, examined, wired, and put together with a variety of electrical switch gears like MCCBs and MCBs attached.
We Provide More Panels including these Panels.
Industrial Automation
Industrial automation is the practice of incorporating cutting-edge technology tools to lessen human involvement and increase machine use. Industrial processes are intended to be rapid, dependable, and efficient through the employment of cutting-edge equipment. It has uses in a variety of industries, including logistics, healthcare, and agriculture. It Includes..
- AC Drives (VFD)
- PLC Panels
- PLC Control System
- Relay Panels
- Filed Instrumentation etc.
Description
A type of AC motor drive (system incorporating a motor) that regulates speed and torque by altering the frequency of the input electricity is known as a variable-frequency drive (VFD, or adjustable-frequency drives, adjustable-speed drives, variable-speed drives, AC drives, micro drives, inverter drives, or drives).
1. AC Drives (VFD)
Electrical components like relays and switches found in a control panel of a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) are used to operate factory machinery or processes in one or more networks.
2. Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)
A PLC panel is a unique steel box that holds the electrical parts needed to operate a process or machine in a factory. A PLC, or programmable logic controller, is a type of industrial computer that is typically used in factory control panels.
3. PLC Control System
Relay panels are made up of one or more relays that, depending on the input they receive, transfer electricity or signals to various pieces of equipment. A relay panel can be compared to a dispatch service.
4. Relay Panel
Field Services (Elect & Inst.)
It provides a variety of services pertaining to electrical systems and equipment in the field of electrical services. Installation, upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and residential contexts are some examples of these services. It Includes
- Supply and Commissioning of VFD Drives
- Energy Conservative solutions
- Retrofit control panels etc.
Description
1. Supply and Commissioning of VFD Drives
Prior to turning on the VFD, make sure the input supply voltage is as specified. Turn the VFD on after you’ve verified. The DC voltage at the VFD’s DC bus voltage output should be checked first. The fan on the VFD kicks in as soon as it powers on.
2. Retrofit control panels
This involves replacement of the old circuits or elements, within the existing system, with a new element. Typically, a retro fit is carried out on an existing control system which is of good condition and has a considerable time remaining until its end of life.
